Eddie & JoBo caught Missy Elliott backstage at the B96 Halloween Bash last month. Missy blew out her voice after the performance. Missy talked about her #1 single ‘Work It’ and DJ’s revealed how she make the impossible to understand lyrics – they reversed the words. Missy talked about losing all that weight and how she did it — the treadmill. Missy says the trainer she used has now started helping Beyonce Knowles of Destiny’s Child, and has worked with LL Cool J in the past. Missy talked about her album ‘Under Construction’, which drops tomorrow. Audio has since been removed.
