Missy Elliott’s Most Embarrassing Moment

In the May issue of Teen People, Missy Elliott revealed her most embarrassing moment: “After my first album came out, people were starting to recognize me. I went to the mall, and I thought I was fly. Guys were like, ‘That’s her!’ and I was trying to be cute. Then I turned around and walked into the glass of a store that had closed! The guys burst out laughing, and I just kept on walking, thinking, ‘Oh, my God, I hope I never see them again!’”
