Missy Elliott’s spokesman Anne Kristoff spoke with the National Enquirer about her client’s big weight loss, that has had her shed over 50 pounts. “Missy’s diet secret is basically that she is dedicated to working out,” Kristoff said. “She’s at the gym several times a day and she changed her way of eating to include portion control. She’s not a fan of conventional diets and doesn’t like to be tortured. If she feels like a cheesburger, she’ll have a half, not a whole one.”
