Mos Def Doesn’t Want Sugary Rap Rock

Mos Def announced 7 dates on a short concert tour beginning on January 4 in West Hollywood before ending January 10 in Cleveland. The rapper talked with Billboard.com about working with ex-members of Living Color as he admits, “In my estimation, there’s a lot of rock bands sort of just fiddling with hip-hop, and a lot of hip-hop bands sort of fiddling with rock. I don’t want to fiddle, you know?”
