Mr. D. Original To File Suit Against DMX & Swizz Beatz
Davey D reports that Brooklyn rapper, Mr. D. Original is set to file suit against DMX and Ruff Ryders producer, Swizz Beatz claiming that the two Beats stole his song, ‘Ain’t No Sunshine When She’s Gone’. D. Original states, “When Swizz Beatz stole my song and released it on the “Exit Wounds” soundtrack, it came out corny, wack, and shallow. “Ain’t No Sunshine” didn’t move his career or that “Exit Wounds” soundtrack forward, If anything, it was the obvious decline of DMX.” Read more.
