MTV Talks To Chuck Philips About Tupac Story

MTV will be having a 1 hour special on the Chuck Philips story that Biggie was involved in paying for the death of Tupac Shakur, which was in the Los Angeles Times last week on Tuesday at 10 PM. They’ll talk to not only Philips, but others who are disputing the writer’s claim.
