Nas, Jay-Z and Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs had been expected to attend the first National Hip-Hop Youth Summit on Friday in Queens, but did not show up. An audience of teenagers spent the morning at York College hearing about the impact they can have on business, politics and education. Throughout the day, they were encouraged to see hip-hop as a force for change.
