The Sun reports Nelly has pulled out of the Brits because his sister has leukemia, and is now by his sister’s bedside in the States. “Of course he is disappointed he won’t be there on the night,” a source close to the rapper said. “Hopefully fans will understand why he is not coming.” Earlier Nelly had said he was pulling out for “personal reasons.”
