Nelly tells Anthony Breznican of the Associated Press that he’s more interested in having fun than rapping about violence and guns. “It’s the most happiest times in my life, so to speak, you know? Of course I’m going to party and kick it. What am I supposed to do — get mad and go shoot somebody?” Nelly asked. “No, I ain’t got nothing to be mad about.”
