New Video From The Streets Gets Banned
The Streets rapper Mike Skinner has received news that his new video ‘Blinded By The Light’ has been banned from telly because of its shocking sex, drugs and violence content. “Mike wanted the song to be as realistic a depiction of drug-taking as possible,” a source explained. “The video is explicit but what he writes about isn’t fluffy, head-in-the-clouds nonsense. He writes about life as he knows it. It might not be suitable to watch after your dinner on a Friday night but making the video any other way would not have been a fair reflection of what he wants to say.” Read more.
