Officer Tells Of 8 Assault Complaints Against Rapper
Officer Heidi Ruiz of the Houston Police Department’s sex crimes division was the first witness called by the prosecution during the punishment phase of Carlos ‘South Park Mexican’ Coy’s trial. He was convicted Saturday on one charge of sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl.

i think that what carlos coy did to those girls was a discrase to the nation and to all little teen fans of his. i bet u that the next time he thinks about putting his hands on a young girl he will think of his past and i do hope its hunts him for the rest of his lofe.

I know those girls that falsely accused Carlos Coy(S.P.M) where out for his money. They knew he was a famous rapper that had a good head start in his life & that had great amounts of money. Deep down in my heart I think that thier family had lots to do with thier children accusing him of sexualy assualting them. God sees thier heart so they will have to answer to him when thier day come…S.P.M you have alot of fans and they are counting on you to keep your faith and god! Pull through this…We see that in your songs you have a great personality,and no one can take that. So don’t get discouraged just know that we all have you in our prayers!

Hi, im a 16 year old girl whom is a very big fan of spm. I truly belive that now in days pepole are more about their own ambitions then the harm they know one gets. in my aspect i kne carlos is innocent and to them girls who caused harm like god said “thy whom free from sin throw the first rock.” i belive in you carlos and god knows how it is like you say “trying to stop the raz but the mexicans live”love ya much…peace out!!!!!

Hi im a 16yr old girl who is a big fan of yours,i dnt believe that this is true Carlos Coy has a lil girl him self why would that be his intenetions he wouldnt want anyone harming his lil girl so why would he do it to any other lil girl.Also it can be most likely that these girls fasley accused SPM of sexually assaulting them for his money they knew he had/has a good path going and he would make alot of money later on,i can bet that their parents suggested this, 9yr old girl wouldnt suggest that.You never knw only god knows and god willl take care of thoses that are lying.Just knw that u Carlos Coy have alot of people that look up to u always in our prayers.

I could maybe believe that there was a possibility of him being innocent if there wasn’t 7 other girls accusing him, a 14 year old who got pregnant by him, when he was in his 20’s. And he got caught with 2 14 year old girls at a hotel.

to me, after i read all these comments. spm could be innocent, BUT the judges would believe him if there were no other trials in his case about molesting little girls. if that was his first charge he might get sued or do some time but when someone has a history of it. the judges wouldnt put him to almost doing life sentence. HE PROBABLY did it when he was younger but now i dont think he would do such a thing. K33P YOUR H3AD UP

It seems funny to me that just because you all love someone’s music that you can completely deny the truth about this man’s tendencies to molest, or be in the company of young girls. So even if he didn’t do it, I’d be interested to know why he would continue to put himself in the position to be accused when it had happen before. Some type of lightbulb should have came on in his head that said, “Hey Carlos! You are getting yourself into alot of trouble being around all these young girls.” Truthfully, none of us knows, except Carlos and the presumed victims; mind you, it isn’t just one. However, hypothetically, if these attrocities did occur to these girls, the post on here have demonized these young girls for being molested. That is almost as sick as the act itself! A previous poster called for rape as a punishment??? No one should have to endure rape…Let’s take some time think about what we say people.

Back to the 13 year old, How old was SPM when he got with her??? O.K. now, Is there proof ( DNA ) showing that it is indeed SPM’s baby??? If there is proof that the one baby from the 13 year old is his, and if SPM was at least 17 when he got her pregnant, He has problems… Look at the pattern ; this guy has had a thing for younger girls, ( if he did get the 13 year old pregnant )I mean, to have numerous complaints against him… I’d doubt he was that much of a bad ass, as to where everyone was “out to get him”. This is my opinion, remember I am an SPM fan, also a proud crazy ass chicano, and I can’t stand the law, lying ass little girls or their money hungry parents… But I really think Homeboy had a real problem, c’mon all those complaints, and no evidence!!! I think he was sick enough to clean up his mess, everytime!!!
