Partygoer Sues Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs For Assault

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has found himself in hot water over an alleged post-Oscar fracas. According to papers obtained by ‘Access Hollywood’, Gerard Rechnitzer alleges Diddy “intentionally, willfully, knowingly and unlawfully attacked, assaulted and battered” him at a post-Oscar party at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood.
