Proof’s Shooter Gets Time Served, $2,000 Fine
The bouncer who fatally shot Proof in April was set free on Thursday (October 26) in Detroit. Wayne County Circuit Judge Vera Massey Jones sentenced 28-year-old Mario Etheridge to time served and a $2,000 fine after being convicted last month of carrying a concealed weapon and discharging a firearm in a dwelling or occupied structure, according to the Detroit Free Press.
