Due in early summer, ‘How Do You Sell Souls to a Soulless People Who Sold Their Souls?’ is a classic-soul-minded album, while the fall-targeted ‘New Whirl Odor’ is an “eclectic, typical Public Enemy record,” according to frontman Chuck D.
