The Daily Mirror reports Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs plans on splashing out $1.5 million on his 33rd birthday bash on November 9 with 100 of his closest pals at Punta Canta in the Dominican Republic. Puffy hopes to rent the historic villa of designer Oscar de la Renta to create the ultimate nightlife, but de la Renta is not keen on having rappers at his home, which is decked out with fine furnishings.
