The Las Vegas Review Journal reports Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs was spotted dropping three $100 bills as a tip in front of “Mr. Freeze,” one of those human statues that wow tourists, at 2:40 a.m. outside Light, the Bellagio nightclub, early Monday.
