Ray J Steps Out With Lil’ Kim

Ray J was spotted over the weekend with Lil’ Kim. The pair, who are currently working together on an updated version of their hit song ‘Wait A Minute’ for Ray’s upcoming album, arrived hand-in-hand to the Vibe Magazine pre-Oscar party at Area.
