When Oscar host Chris Rock when he arrived at the Vanity Fair party, pals Usher and Jay-Z were quick to heap praise on his performance. “The show had life, comedy, fashion,” Usher told The New York Daily News. “It was forward-moving for everyone.” Jay added, “Brooklyn was in the building.
