Kelley L. Carter of the Detroit Free Press spoke with Royce Da 5’9″ about the bootleggers forced him to delay and record replacement songs off his ‘Rock City’ album debut release. Royce said, “I don’t sweat the whole bootlegger situation. I feel like it could be worse. At least people want the album. I don’t get mad at the shady people. All of this stuff goes along with the territory. I’m just happy for the praise that I get. I’m just continuing to do the music.”
