Russell Simmons Sticks Up For Jay-Z On O’Reilly Factor
Russell Simmons stopped by the O’Reilly Factor last Friday (December 13) after Bill had earlier blasted his pal Jay-Z. Simmons explained, “I think Jay-Z represents a group of people who need voice, and his voice is one that is inspiring, believe it or not.” Bill didn’t believe it, but Simmons pointed out that Jigga got 100,000 people to city hall on six days’ notice to protest New York City’s mayor’s budget cuts.
