Patrick MacDonald of the Seattle Times reviewed the 50 Cent concert Monday night at the Paramount Theatre in Seattle. MacDonald says, “50 Cent may be hot as a pistol as a recording artist, but as a performer he’s a not-ready-for-prime-time player.” On the plus side, he added, “For all his violent raps, 50 Cent was a likable personality on stage. He projected a calm, easygoing style, displaying a 100-watt smile. After he stripped his bulletproof vest and shirt off, he displayed a muscular body, with huge tattooed arms and back. But that smile made him seem like a huggable bear.”
