K-Sly of 100.3 The Beat, who attended the Source Awards says, “You may have watched the Source Awards the other night, carefully. I told you awhile ago that Ja Rule was booed when he stepped onto the red carpet during the awards. Badly! It was so bad that people inside the building could hear the crowd. Ja Rule refused to present any awards. It was rumored the staff asked him to present one to 50 Cent. But he didn’t even come out for his own award. So, the crowd let him know that he was wack for not coming out. You can’t blame him though. Who would want to walk on stage after the red carpet boos? So, the camera editing crew did their magic for the Source broadcast.”
