EURweb.com reports Ja Rule will be arrested once he arrives in Jamaica to perform on Reggae Sumfest, this week. According to the Constabulary Communication Network (CCN), the communication network of the Jamaica Police Force, the rapper will be served with summons to appear in court to answer to charges of using profanity during his performance at Reggae Sumfest 2001.
