Styles Song With Profanity Played At Fenway
Associated Press reports the song ‘Good Times’ by Styles, which includes profanity and drug-themed lyrics, was broadcast over the Fenway Park loudspeakers before Manny Ramirez’s first at-bat on Sunday, forcing the Red Sox to alter their policy on allowing players to choose their own music. Team spokesman Charles Steinberg said the 12-letter profanity (‘motherfu**er’) appears 54 seconds into the song, and there isn’t usually that much time before the first pitch to a batter.
