Arrested Development leader Speech spoke with Australia’s Time Off magazine about how the veteran hip hop group had to actually fight to keep the group’s name intact. “We had to go court with those guys because, in the entertainment world you’re able to get a trademark on a name,” Speech said of the indentically named television hit. “We had done this with the name Arrested Development and those cats at Fox took the name for the TV show without asking and without discussing anything with us, so we had to take them to court. We worked it out.”
