Kanye West Responds To Beanie’s Claim That Kanye’s Gay
During an interview with Hot 97 radio DJ Angie Martinez on Wednesday (July 18), Kanye West responded to comments he heard from Beanie Sigel saying that Kanye should “come out the closet.” Kanye denied being gay, adding “It’s so disrespectful.” Seemingly upset about the comments, he proposed to Beans, “Why wouldn’t you come to me and talk to me about it?” The full story at bet.com has since been removed.

Beanie Sigel spoke with MTV News about when we can expect a new album in wake of being shot in Philadelphia a few weeks ago. “I’m coming,” Beanie said. “I’m in the studio every day. I know y’all wanna hear some Sigel music. But the music game, I don’t fit right now. My album, ‘Return of the Bad Guy’, I’m not in the club right now with it. I’m not partying. Beanie Sigel Jailed Briefly For Unpaid Child Support
The Associated Press reports Beanie Sigel was briefly jailed Thursday until he paid about $27,000 in child support. The 31-year-old spent about an hour in jail after being sentenced in Family Court to six months in prison unless the payments were made to help his children by two mothers. Sigel paid the money and $2,000 in fines and was released, one of his attorneys said.
