Cam’ron tells The New York Daily News the reason he called a press conference to heat up his beef with Jay-Z was because “Jay was supposed to have an ‘I Declare War’ concert to get at all the people he didn’t like. Who else would he be talking about but me? We got ready for war and he pulled out. He never had the concert.”

Cam’ron Goes All Out To Win Beyonce Over

The New York Daily News reports Cam’ron is bringing his beef with Jay-Z to another level after getting ahold of the two-way address of the Def Jam CEO’s squeeze, Destiny’s Child star Beyonce Knowles. “Cam has been text-messaging Beyonce like crazy,” an insider revealed. “He’s been asking her out, and dissing Jay. He’s been telling her she should be with a real man like him.”

Mariah Carey And Cam’ron An Item?

The New York Daily News reports that while Mariah Carey would probably deny it, the singer and rapper Cam’ron hosted a party together at the Roxy in Los Angeles last weekend and were spotted snuggling at Bungalow 8 a couple of weeks ago. Carey has also been seen riding around in his blue Lamborghini and wearing a chain of Cam’s crew, the Diplomats. Mariah had been linked to record producer Mark Sudack, though she’s loath to call him her boyfriend.

Cam’ron Claims Hova Was Trying To Dig Up Dirt On Him

On Wednesday (January 25), Cam’ron told reporters the Jay-Z diss track ‘You Got It’ stemmed from Jay’s ‘I Declare War’ concert held last October, where talk was that Jay was going to lyrically attack Cam and his Diplomats crew, but never did. “Sources I don’t want to reveal, which are very, very good sources, that know both parties, was telling me [Jay] was in the streets trying to get old information on us,” he told MTV News. “Goin’ reaching and looking for Catholic school pictures and footage of times me and Jim [Jones] was in fights and got jumped. When you’re looking that hard, I can’t ignore it and sit there and ignore everything. I did say that [I would not be going at Jay], but then street speculation kinda forced me to do it.” Read more.
