Cormega Plans To Release ‘Testament’ This Year

In an interview with UKBestKept.com, Cormega has revealed that he would be buying back his ‘Testament’ album back and plans to release it around christmas this year after dropping his Legal Hustle compilation album and Dona’s ‘Am I My Brother’s Keeper’ album on his label. He also discussed majors’ politics, current state of rap, rapper’s responsibilities and the Eminem controversy.

Cormega Honored For Independent Album Of The Year

After all his hard work and pushing so many units independently, he is finally being recognized and has been awarded with ‘Independent Album of the Year’ for his 2002 release The True Meaning at this year’s 2003 Source Awards held in Miami. Cormega Doesn’t Like ‘State of Hip Hop’

In a recent interview with BallerStatus.net, Cormega stated, “The state of hip hop is preposterous. I mean if you follow hip hop the way I do, then you understand what I mean. The state of RAP is different than the state of hip hop. Hip hop is on the endangered species list.” Also, in the interview he speaks about his new album, ‘Urban Legends’.
