The New York Daily News reports that in her latest high-fashion visit to Manhattan Criminal Court, Foxy Brown told Judge Martin Murphy on Thursday that upcoming surgery to fix a hearing problem will drop her public profile. The 25-year-old was straining visibly to hear questions that she declined to answer about the scheduled procedure.

The New York Daily News reports Manhattan prosecutors told Judge Melissa Jackson on Friday offered Foxy Brown a deal to stay out of jail if she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching and kicking manicurist Myoung Yi and salon manager Sun Ji Song at Bloomie Nails in Chelsea on August 29th after a payment dispute. The rapper declined the offer and her lawyer Joseph Tacopina said outside of court: “It might be a sweetheart deal if you are guilty, but she is not.”
Jacki O spoke with The New York Daily News about the run-in she had with Foxy Brown at the Circle House studios. When Foxy arrived, she was upset not to be acknowledged. “She [was saying,] ‘You don’t know who I am, you new girls coming into the game, y’all going to have to respect me,'” Jacki said, adding, “It ended with her damaging some equipment in the studio, and being carried out of there by her bodyguard, yelling ‘Just get my things!’ No one had to pull us apart, because she never touched me.”
