Diddy’s Super Bowl Benefit Show To New Orleans

On Saturday, Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs hosted United We Stand, a concert featuring Fabolous, Bubba Sparxxx, Jermaine Dupri, Jadakiss and Black Robb taking place at Zephyr Field. Procedes from the show will help the families of African-American New York City firefighters killed in the line of duty while saving lives at the World Trade Center. The show will be brought to fans on DVD later this year.

Jadakiss’ official site reports Jadakiss will perform “They Ain’t Ready”, “Knock Yourself Out” and “We Gonna Make It” on the 106 & Park New Year’s Eve special December 31st. Check local listings for exact time and station.

Jadakiss Survives Bus Crash

Davey D reports Jadakiss was nearly involved in tragedy last weekend as his tour bus flipped over and landed in a ravine while he was enroute to a radio station in Chicago. The driver had attempted to avoid hitting a deer which caused the crash. Fortunately, Jadakiss and his crew weren’t seriously injured.

DMX Headlines Powerhouse, Beanie/Jadakiss Beef Continues

MTV was on hand for the Power 99 (WUSL-FM)’s annual concert, PowerHouse in Philadelphia, which featured a continuation of the beef between Jadakiss and Philly’s own Beanie Sigel. Jadakiss first was recepted rather warmly, but after taking a stab at Beanie, the crowd booed him and hurled bottles on the stage. Beanie showed up later and said “Give a n—a 80 bars and he’s still talking?” Read more.

Jadakiss: ‘My Street Credibility Is Still All Right’

The New York Daily News talked to Jadakiss following the release of Kiss tha Game Goodbye 3 weeks ago which debuted at #5. The former drug dealing Jadakiss revealed “My street credibility is still all right. You can golf in the Hamptons and go to the parties, but you’ve still got to be able to come back to where you came from and show love. If I go double-platinum, everyone on my block is going to the Bahamas.”
