N.O.R.E. Says Vote Obama On Tuesday
N.O.R.E. addressed the 2008 election with his thoughts on the importance of voting. Unfortunately, the rapper is not eligible to vote due to his past, but he is able to encourage others to hit the polls on Tuesday. N.O.R.E. said it's not only important to vote, but vote for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama. "It's very serious for our youth, for everybody in America, we need a change," he said. N.O.R.E. And Busta Rhymes Have A $5,000 Bet
N.O.R.E. checked in on his MySpace TV channel with an update on his continued training with a few of his friends in Miami, hoping of not only losing weight, but building muscle at the same time through rigorous exercise routines. N.O.R.E. has also raised the stakes by wagering a $5,000 bet with none other than Busta Rhymes. Follow N.O.R.E. on his mission as he trains to lose weight with some assistance from Giant of The Bar-Tendaz. N.O.R.E. said, "Honestly it's crazy because I go down with him every morning, and then it's like before he makes me warm up, I'm like, 'Can you go first please?'" Capone-N-Noreaga's much anticipated album 'Channel 10' has been pushed back to Janurary 2009. In a video posted at his MySpace TV channel, N.O.R.E. explained the reason behind the push back of the album in his 'Hang Hang Hood Chicken Blog'. "We just have to get the video taped," he said. AllHipHop.com caught up with N.O.R.E. for a Q&A, asking about how he reacted when Nas threw him under the bus on Power 105 a few years back saying his album was wack. "I was crushed, I hurt me," N.O.R.E. admitted. "I knew he was mad and he apologized later on in life, but I don’t think I accepted that apology. I wanted that apology. But the crazy sh** is he's on that album ('Hit Me Slime'), the first voice you heard was him! What kind of idiot move was that? I felt like, 'Damn, is this the level we at?' I was at Def Jam at the time and I can't say the persons name, but when he was supposed to come on at Hot 97 to show Jay-Z hanging, it was some Def Jam n***as pulling the plug on that. Me and Foxy Brown are on the radio saying we going to hold you down Nas, nobody going to pull the plug on you on one station and he throwing me under the bus on the other station. I felt terrible, because this is someone that could of came to me like a man and told me that.
