Tinie Tempah tells The Sun that he’s game on asking out heptathlete Jessica Ennis and hopes to see her in action at the London Olympics, which begin July 27th. The British rapper said he “most definitely would” ask Ennis out, adding, “She’s in an advert for a sports drink and another for a deodorant at the moment. I watch them religiously.”

Vevo Lift’s UK Music Scene features an interview with British rapper Tinie Tempah, who talks about the music scene in the UK. “The Brits are loving British music more than ever before,” Tinie said. “We’ve got so many amazing talents coming from the UK, even people who have made an impact in America. Taio Cruz, Florence and the Machine, Adele, that’s all kind of come from England. MTV New Zealand caught up with Tinie Tempah in a Q&A, asking the English rapper for a sneak peek of what fans can expect from his sophomore album. “I really wish I could, but I really want to leave like an element of surprise to this album,” the 22-year-old said. “I still want to keep that excitement, you know when you see the track list for the first time and you put it in and press play or download it or whatever. But it’s sounding pretty incredible. I’m already working on it now. And of course I’ve been touring with loads of really big artists recently like Usher, Rihanna, Jay-Z and The Script, so you never know who’s going to be up for a collaboration! But it’s sounding loads of fun, I can’t wait for people to hear what I’ve got to offer.” Read more.
Tinie Tempah is interested in becoming an intern for a fashion magazine, believing it will help his style. “I do all my own styling. I pack and unpack, but it’s not very organized,” the British rapper explained, according to Contact Music. “So many times on the red carpet you see performers asked who their jacket is by and they have to check their label. That’s not cool. I’d like a week’s work experience at Vogue. I’m serious.”
WrestleMania XXVII will feature Tinie Tempah’s track ‘Written In The Stars’ as one of the official songs of the event viewed by millions worldwide. “This could be massive for Tinie, a source told The Sun. “It could catapult him into the mainstream pretty much overnight. It will only take a few thousand people to like the song and download it to kickstart a wave of interest in him and his music over there.” WrestleMania XXVII takes place April 3rd in Atlanta.
