Pitbull was found not guilty of driving under the influence in a case that stemmed from his 2007 arrest. The Miami rapper checked in with a video from the Dade County Courthouse after the hometown jury served the rapper the victory. “If you have the right people behind you, justice will be served,” the rapper said. Police administered field sobriety tests were argued by Pitbull’s lawyers to be inconclusive because they were given on a ramp. He had refused to take a Breathalyzer test and lucked out because none of the field sobriety tests were captured on the officer’s dashboard camera. Watch Pitbull’s message below.
