The Source Launching Free Peace Concert / Festival

On the eve of Martin Luthur King Day, The Source Magazine alongside Congresswoman Maxine Waters and the Watts-based non-profit organization, Community Self-Determination Institute (CSDI), have joined together to announce an initiative dedicated to reclaiming Hip-Hop for peace and prosperity. Additionally, the Passage To Peace Tour was announced. The Tour will be a freee, national, grassroots music concert/festival targeting towards the hip-hop youth. The tour will be kicking off at the 2004 Congressional Black Caucus in Washington DC. The full article at ballerstatus.net has since been removed or relocated.
