Too Many Artists Have Lost Touch With The Streets

Former WBLS DJ Big Lite tells the New York Daily News: “Radio needs a shakeup today.” He explained, “There’s a lot of inferior music now, because labels are are more interested in videos than developing talent. The reason you see 50 Cent break out is because he’s true to himself and the fans know it. Too many artists have lost touch with the streets. People like Ron G and myself could get radio back to rewarding talent.”
