Tour Schedule Is ‘Sick’ For Black Eyed Peas

Elita Bradley of the Washington Times spoke with Stacy ‘Fergie’ Ferguson of the Black Eyed Peas about how she keeps up her energy for the groups grueling tour schedule which has lately consisted of arena dates with *NSYNC star Justin Timberlake and Christina Aguilera, and club shows after many of those dates. “I’ve never experienced anything like this — me and 11 guys on the bus,” she admits. “We’re doing 85 shows in 90 days. It’s sick.” As for the jump from big arenas to clubs the same night, Fergie added, “It’s really great to do the arenas. It’s so overwhelming seeing thousands of people waving their hands to our music. And then to do the smaller venues, the clubs, and feel that energy and crowd surf and just do whatever you want, it’s amazing.”
