Trumped Charges, Abuse Alleged By Russell Over Kimora Arrest

The New York Post reports Russell Simmons was overheard in Bridgehampton telling a friend about his wife Kimora Lee’s arrest on drug and careless-driving charges — and claiming a surveillance camera caught at least one of the Jersey cops throwing her up against a car and handcuffing her for no good reason. Kimora Lee and her passenger both claim they weren’t in possession of marijuana either. “She’s totally innocent,” Simmons said to his friend. “She wasn’t driving erratically… We don’t believe there is any pot. We want them to show it to us.”
