Wacky DMX Slay Scheme
27-year-old Racheen Smith, a hulking Philadelphia man packing an unloaded gun, walked up to a New York City police officer in Times Square and asked the cop if he had some bullets so he could shoot rapper DMX, police sources told the New York Post.
