The New York Daily News reports WPIX Channel 11’s Jackie Hyland was doused with a bucket of water outside the SoHo studio of The Inc. as she prepared to report on the arrest of Irv Gotti. “It scared the hell out of me. I was literally screaming,” Hyland, 36, said Thursday. Hyland has filed a police report on the incident.
