Young Jeezy Discusses ‘The Recession’, Obama & McCain
Young Jeezy raps about hard economic times on his #1 album, ‘The Recession’. Denise Quan talked with the artist about being on top of the charts, totaling his $600k Lamborghini in front of his family and friends - which he said was a wake-up call, and how Republican presidential candidate John McCain is “a cool dude but I wouldn’t vote for him.” Jeezy said he’d love to meet McCain’s Democratic rival Barack Obama. “First of all I’d congratulate him on even making it this far,” Jeezy said when asked what he’d say to the Illinois senator, while sporting an Obama t-shirt.
