Yung Joc spoke with Artisan News Service about what rappers like himself, T.I., Ludacris and Young Jeezy are talking about when referencing “the trap” in their lyrics. “A lot of people say, ‘Yo, what is the trap?’ You know really trap, if you talk about trap on the streets, trap is like where you hustle. It’s like your livelihood. That’s your 9 to 5, or your 9 to 9, or your 24 hours, depending on how you trap. Some people don’t need a trap.” Watch the clip at YouTube.
